The Aerdura Black is the latest generation of drysuit. On the outside a layer of heavy duty Cordura offers long lasting strength and durability. Next comes fourteen layers of impermeable rubber butyl membrane, half of which are impregnated with titanium oxide to form an infra red reflective barrier. However, the real secret of it's effectiveness lies within the thermal reflective, "fine satin" weave polyester lining. Also impregnated with titanium oxide for maximum warmth, this unique lining and it's silvery grey finish are exclusive to Oceanic.
Please note that this suit only comes with the Auto Dump option.

MATERIAL
560-620 g/sq.m. trilaminate.
Dupont Cordura® outer layer, butyl middle and polyester titanium lining.
1) Dupont Cordura® - rugged durability & lightweight strength – high abrasion resistance – extreme tear resistance.
2) Butyl  – 260-320 g/sq.m. Like any other rubber layer, the thicker it is more durable it is, and therefore the less likely to puncture.
3) Polyester titanium lining - comfortable and practical. At Oceanic we think every drysuit should have a silver lining.

COLOUR:  Black

CONSTRUCTION: All seams are double stitched in a heavy duty nylon bonded thread, then double glued and reinforced with a nylon trilaminate nylon BIAS cut heavy duty tape.

STYLE: Rear Entry, Telescopic, Bias cut.
Rear entry, the most popular design for recreational and military divers.
Fold down telescopic body design ensures extremely easy donning and maximum freedom of movement.  A built in crotch strap ensures total security and a snug and personal fit.
Patent applied for BIAS CUT design has revolutionised the membrane drysuit giving it stretch for the first time. Together with the elasticated back this increases comfort and allows for a closer fit minimising air migration and giving the Aerdura Black style.

BOOTS: Neoprene lined boots are fitted as standard. Their reinforced sole protects against punctures, whilst the neoprene offers protection against warmth and foot squeeze.

SEALS: Heavy duty “Seamtite” seals resist deterioration from UV light. Both neck and wrist seals feature trimmable rings to allow a customised fit.

VALVES: Oceanic 360º swivel inflation and low profile automatic shoulder dump for maximum performance and buoyancy control. LP hose with quick disconnect for one handed operation.

SAFETY STRIPES: 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material - 8725 Silver Transfer Film is intended to enhance the visibility of the wearer during darkness and low light conditions. This film is positioned on the arms to provide maximum exposure on the surface.

ZIPPER: Heavy Duty YKK waterproof zip 8 teeth to the inch

KNEEPADS: Large Dupont Cordura® self draining kneepads.

COLD WATER OVERCOLLAR: 4mm neoprene oevrcollar for warmth in neck seal area.  Velcro adjustments allow for the enclosure of the hood.

BALLOON POCKET: Fitted to right leg with Velcro flap for secure storage.

BRACES: Wide elasticated braces, included as standard, allow for a personalised and secure fit whatever your body length

ACCESSORIES: Heavy duty nylon bag which opens out flat to form a changing mat.

Titanium lined 5mm long necked hood.

Recommended undersuit: UGGI 2 piece undersuit.
